The electric powered units are ideal replacements for Diesel engine driven compressors where electricity is available and in work environments where quiet and emission-free conditions are required.
The compressor is equipped with an electric system which is powered by a three-phase TEFC squirrel cage motor with 'F' class insulation. All models have easy access for operation and routine maintenance as standard with user-friendly control panels.
These compact units are suitable for various applications such as powering breakers and tools in marble, granite and blue metal quarries, sand blasting, pigging, drilling, optical fibre blowing etc. With the high enthalpy compressed air, these compressors are also ideal for the Pneumatic hammers in the forging industry
The large oil tank is equipped with all necessary connections and the safety installations and therefore ensures the highest operational safety. The internal high efficiency oil separator guarantees excellent compressed air quality with a remaining oil content of 3mg /m³.
Through an inspection glass the oil level can be viewed at all times. Service can be conducted quickly and safely. The inlet as well as the oil drain valve can be easily accessed.
In all models a high performance suction filter is installed. Suction air particles are filtered in two stages: first by centrifugal force and second by a high efficiency filter element.
The main motor has class F insulation and is suited for rugged and continuous duty application with highest efficiency
All major instrument controls & monitoring systems are group together in this panel. Operators can check operating status using a combination of easy to use instruments & readouts on control panel.
